There is a specific corrupt and conflict of interest related reason why politicians and journalists, especially leftists, have "partners" instead of wives or husbands, even when they're married.

It is to prevent the general public from realising that virtually everyone on the ABC is married to someone in the ALP or is a past hack PR monkey for the ALP.

Karen Middleton worked for Rudd, Cassidy for Hawke, O'Brien for Whitlam, Uhlmann is married to Gai Brodtmann the nodding ALP robot for Canberra, and so on and so on.

The Australian media is far too cosy with its American influencers, and the effect of American cultural contamination has been severe. It has given licence to the local media to descend into pig ignorant, uneducated, uncritical subservience to the worthless political class, to create an unholy self-censoring alliance of immoral destructive parasites. With very few exceptions indeed, a literal handful, the politicians and journalists are not only the publically least trusted class of society but they prove the reason for that distrust on a virtually daily basis.

You will look or listen in vain for the ABC to be balanced in its reportage; you will wait unto death for its compromised clowns to declare their myriad conflicts of interest.

Disturbingly the increasingly hard left Sky News is at least as bad, and the commercial television networks, having lost 35-50% of their audience at most times of the day and night over the last twenty years have become the domain of talentless morons who repeat verbatim the leftoid talking points of the sheltered workshop sponsors of the ALP. This concatenation of spin and malapropisms is a large contributing factor to the pandering welfare mentality that promotes anything in preference to mainstream Australian values- be it illegal immigrants, retardeds, multiculturalism ie white genocide, or any other toxic concept that flashes in the pan.

It is no wonder at all that we have ended up with the ultimate Peter Principle government.

Governing Australia is not an apprenticeship or "learn on the job" opportunity.

Scary as gillard and her junta is, and although it's a silver lining that their sheer ineptness has foiled some of their most disgusting socialist schemes, the fact remains that these people are totally amateur, incompetent and tone deaf not only to the electorate but even to their own enablers.

No matter how big the hint the flabby leftists of the media give them, the ALP ignore it. This indicates that although their public positions are nothing more than a smoke screen for their communistic plans for white cultural genocide, wealth distribution and unionisation, they are genuinely incompetent even at implementing their own communist plans.

August 16th is the first big rally against the "government" and its carbon tax, but then comes the convoy of no confidence on 22nd August. Between those two dates the LNP need to openly commit to the total destruction of the ALP Greens rainbow axis of evil and prepare for government.

One way to bring on an election this year is for the Liberals and Nationals to pursue Craig Thomson over his misuse of union funds to pay for hookers. I have driven that topic on twitter hard but it needs to be taken up in parliament now to force DPP action and to trigger a byelection in Dobell. Then the LNP to toughen up and get Dobell. At that point it becomes a case of taking each hand thereafter to trigger the election we all want and destroy this evil illegitimate regime.

In the dying days of world war 2, indeed throughout the last full year of the war, long after it was patently obvious to 99% of the Germans that they were defeated and were facing not just a normal military defeat but an epic, world-historic annihilation, it is interesting to note that the atrocities, war production, institutionalised theft, massacres and cultural rape not only continued unchecked but actually increased in intensity, thoroughness and vindictiveness.

With the authentic fury of the demonically inspired, the Germans embraced their Nazi ideology and exterminated, stole and destroyed occupied Europe in the spirit of the Roman Emperors - "after me, let fire consume the world."

We've seen it in Australia, with the ALP, many times. Hawke and Keating pursuing to the bitter end their Fabian objectives of white genocide and permanent cultural harm- creating the racial ghettoes that plague us to this day.

More recently the idiotically inept and corrupt government of Keneally in New South Wales set a new benchmark in deliberate graft, deception, traitorous dealings with foreigners and economic rape.

And so the gillard regime- illegitimate from the moment that their tame sot of a governor general refused to dismiss them after the hung election, and proceeding from that point to this to destroy our surplus, institute a new wave of attacks on Australia's culture, and to pursue Fabian and indeed communist policies with the aim to hurt Australia (as it was) so much that no matter when Tony Abbott takes over- be it months or years- there will be permanent harm.

ACRE is just one small part of the carbon tax- one of the least offensive parts of it. We could liken it ot the Nazi art theft in the context of the great horrors the Nazis perpetrated. Nevertheless, ACRE is in effect, having begun last Monday, and is already busily funnelling countless millions to underserving pointless bureaucratised dead ends. Dead ends that produce no reduction in emissions, that have no commercial viability, that are funded by government fiat and will vanish like the mirages they are the moment the gravy train is cancelled.

In short, classic ALP courtiers suckling at the teat of the cancerous welfare state.

Peter Principle

Dr Lawrence Peter elucidated the “Peter Principle”, by which in any hierarchy people keep getting promoted till they reach a job they are incompetent at.
He also noted the “Edifice Complex” - the need that many people who have “risen to their level of incompetence” have to create some giant symbol of their tenure in office. Maybe a building, maybe something else, but almost always quite useless if not counterproductive.
That seems to me to be the heart of the middle class left wing mentality.
Contrast CS Lewis, who proposed to establish “the Stagnation Party” which would campaign by promising that nothing of importance would happen during their term in power.
What would we give to be able to change the last few years to mere stagnation?
